Thank you so much for considering adoption! We strive to place as many safe and healthy pets as possible into loving, forever homes. We work had to match our adoptable pets with families who’s expectations, personalities, lifestyles and homes best fit that pet’s needs. We want you to take your time in selecting the right pet.
Adoption Prices:
 Dogs $175-$275
 Puppies $300 -$350
 Small Dogs & Older Puppies $250
 Cats $50
 Kittens (less than 6 months) $125
We want all of our adoptions to be successful! When bringing home a new pet, you may find yourself with quite a few questions. We have created this handbook to try and help our adopters with their new pet!
About Delta Animal Shelter in Escanaba
The Delta Animal Shelter is a 501(c)3 private, non-profit organization dedicated to the direct care of the animals of Delta County. This shelter wasoperated by the County Sherriff’s department until budget cuts forced a permanent closure of the facility in August of 2011. To prevent a permanent closure, a group of animal lovers, The Delta Area Animal Society, took over operations.
